We offer team sessions using the Clifton Strengths tool to improve your team dynamics. Workshops are designed to empower and uplift participants by creating a new level of self-awareness and appreciation of self and others. No matter what your organisational or team goals are, Clifton Strengths Coaching focuses on working best as a team to achieve those goals.
How does it work? Participants complete the 40-minute StrengthsFinder assessment (also called Clifton Strengths), which reveals each person’s natural talents.
Standard events come with the survey that reveals each person’s top 5 talent themes ($31) 0r 34 full report ( P.O.A)
