This conference keynote builds confidence among leaders and team members to collectively travel well through the transition. Participants will discover the varied change scales- micro, organizational, and macro and reflect positively on critical changes experienced by the team, incorporating those on the horizon. The interactive workshop will cover the power of curiosity and encourage a proactive focus to help participants apply the four phases of Appreciative Inquiry and build mental agility.
