The TMS Team Management Profile (TMP) is one of the world’s leading psychometric profiling tools for personal, team and leadership development.
It has been challenging to get national leadership teams together through covid. We have converted our highly successful TMP leadership team event to a virtual half-day delivery.Â
This assessment provides an understanding of the eight-core activities (Types of Work) that all teams must do to be successful. Work preference psychometrics are then overlaid onto the Types of Work Wheel to identify an individual’s work preferences and create their unique Team Management Profile.
The personal Team Management Profile highlights an individual’s major and two related areas of work preferences on the Margerison-McCann Team Management Wheel.
Work preferences are explored in terms of:
– How an individual prefers to relate to others
– How an individual gathers and uses information
– How an individual makes decisions
– How an individual organizes themselves and others
