In this Power-Up: Unlocking Motivation session, we give you the tools, time and strategies to lift motivation for the individuals in your team. We draw on the fascinating world of neuroscience and a brain-based background to motivation. We couple this with a Matrix to identify where each of your team members is currently and specific coaching techniques appropriate for those in the differing four domains. You will have an opportunity to take your strengths and explore how they are the driver for intrinsic motivation and how to build a strengths driven focus and appreciation across your team.

Discover ways that you may be adding to disengagement –  at times leaders are the problem and they may be completely unaware of how they are demotivating a team member.

We leave you with a simple tool to kick-off and capture your team’s strengths so that you have a visual to consistently-  help your recall and focus to spark motivation.
