This Is Who We Are
Our Vision - Our Values

This is Who We Are | Leadership Team Culture Workshop | Strategy alignment and connection | Australia Wide delivery

Adelaide | Brisbane| Canberra| Darwin| Hobart| Melbourne| Perth| Sydney| Australia Wide

Values and vision session to reset, realign and connect the leadership team.

  • Do you need to regroup and refocus on the leadership team as a team?
  • Do you need to build stronger foundations, aligned values and agreed behaviours?
  • Do you need a new chapter -positive, inclusive and with no divides?

Vision is a mental picture of the future – an idea of what the future can hold but has not yet happened. As a leadership team, it guides us and brings a sense of purpose and a glimpse of possibilities. Whilst there has been immense uncertainty worldwide, having a solid vision of a leadership team is going, is vital to create a sense of stability for those you lead.

‘See things not through the lens of the current reality but through the lens of future possibility. What do we want this team to feel like – be like, at its best.’

This interactive workshop provides the opportunity to reset and polish your vision, clarify priorities in alignment with your principles and objectives, and build a best practice agreement of how you wish to work, interact, collaborate, and communicate to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

  • The big picture – current trends and projections.
  • Organisational Values as a cultural cornerstone –  Do they reflect us and where we are going?
  • Explore principles ingrained in the leadership team DNA.
  • Leaders as team members: Identify behaviours to bring out the best in each other, fuel trust, and enable a progressive culture and united team.
  • Vision creation using the Appreciative Inquiry self-determined change format: set the tone of our team.
  • Team agreements re-energised – we as a leadership team, focusing on growth, enthusiasm, belonging and inclusion.  ( A whole lot of post-it notes –  all inactivity.)
  • Build a ‘customer-centric’ strategy alignment and discover three core moments of truth to fuel future focus.

Book Recommendations and Research References

We recommend Kym Cameron Cameron, K. S. (2008). Positive leadership.

He describes what makes positive leadership so positive—what he terms “positively deviant performance”—and notes some of the results you can expect from such leadership, including impressive gains in productivity and effectiveness. Kim Cameron is one of Jane’s personal favourite researchers – a great gift for a leadership conference.
