As we move into 2022 we see the seven most pressing issues for leaders

  • A refocus on culture, values and building a strong leadership vision across the leadership team to support the new work environment.
  • Building TRUST. All work teams need to revisit team agreements and behaviour expectations. Positive team rituals will be important to fuel collaboration and a sense of belonging at every level.
