Program Overview:

In today’s fast-paced and forever-changing world, Executive Leaders need a new suite of tools to drive positive change. To lead well- you need to be well. Ambiguity, complexity, uncertainty and rapid change are features of the new standard environment. Organisational transformations must be led by ecosystems of leaders across the entire organisation. The harsh reality is that approximately 70% of change initiatives fail due to negative employee attitudes and unproductive management behaviour.

Change is about ‘transition’ and people.
