Positive Leadership: Strategies for Extraordinary Performance
By renowned researcher Kim Cameron.
He describes what makes positive leadership so positive—what he terms “positively deviant performance”—and notes some of the results that you can expect from such leadership, including impressive gains in productivity and effectiveness.
In this book, you’ll also learn that positive leaders emphasize strengths over weaknesses, foster virtuous values and actions, encourage positive goals, and enable their followers to find meaning in their work.
Kim Cameron is one of Jane’s personal favourite researchers and recommends every leader should read this book. We will happily coordinate the purchase for participants through Amazon.
