Leading Psychosocial Safety
Through Change

Leaders decide whether a team feels safe enough to speak up.

Executive and senior leaders decide whether a team feels safe enough to speak up, or safe enough to stay quiet. Harassment and bullying, work pressure, and exposure to violence account for most serious psychosocial claims, all hazards a leader is positioned to manage long before they become a claim.

This program gives leaders a working knowledge of the SafeWork Australia psychosocial safety guidelines and the exact behaviours that build safety, stage by stage, then carries that straight into leading the organisational change psychosocial safety often demands. Interactive and hands-on throughout, delivered in person across two sessions with a break for lunch.
