Positive Leadership : The Game Changer
Leadership is a complex phenomenon that has been studied for centuries and still remains an area of active research. In fact, the term “leadership” was first used in the 16th century by the Italian philosopher Niccolรฒ Machiavelli in his book titled “The Prince”.
We will discuss what is positive leadership and how it differs from traditional leadership. We will also look at some of the most common challenges faced by leaders, especially today.
Positive leadership is a style of leadership based on the idea that people are motivated to act positively when they believe their actions have meaning and purpose. It emphasizes the importance of developing individuals who can contribute to society through their work rather than focusing solely on organizational goals.
