We’ve all wondered who we are and what makes us unique, and the CliftonStrengths assessment answers those questions. This online test (formerly named the Clifton StrengthsFinder) measures the intensity of your talents in each of the 34 CliftonStrengths themes. These 34 themes represent what people do best, and they categorise all that’s right with humankind — distilled down to 34 different themes.

We use the Gallup Strengths report for Leadership team events and can support with 1:1 or small group virtual debriefs.

The largest group debrief and leadership Clifton Strengths Finder teambuilding day was with  70 senior leaders from the Public sector  Dept Human Services. It was a positive – high-energy event that supported personal and professional development and enabled conversations across the group with people with aligned and different strengths—a powerful and positive Leadership Conference. If you’d prefer Virtual, we will happily adapt the program for virtual delivery.
