On Purpose: Living life with intention

Some of us already know their purpose in life; others stumble upon it. For those lucky few it drives action, commitment and productivity - in their relationships, work and health. This workshop will guide a reflective process for participants to discover, define and articulate their purpose in all domains of life.

Moreover, individuals who live life with intention are more committed at work and organisations whose purpose is well articulated tend to attract committed employees.

The statistics are out: People who live life with purpose have significantly reduced risks of heart attacks, strokes and Alzheimer’s disease. They are more productive because they are more relaxed during the day and they sleep better at night. They even have increased levels of ‘good’ cholesterol and reduced inflammatory cell activity. Why don’t we all jump aboard?

For many of us, however, finding and sticking to one’s purpose in life is as elusive as a silk scarf snatched by the wind.

This workshop will stimulate a deeper consideration of individual values and intentional behaviours, bringing participants to an holistic understanding of their own ‘M’ in Seligman’s PERMA model.

Energy, will power, good health and long-term life satisfaction are the happy byproducts for successful workshop graduates!
