The most important use of personal influence is how we motivate ourselves. How we make positive change to provide a greater sense of balance and enjoyment in our work and in life.

We have all experienced those moments when we feel frustrated or overwhelmed and we all have the ability to whine and complain about life. This workshop provides valuable insight and strategies into the building blocks of drive that accelerate progress, achievement and a sense of fulfillment.
‘Mastering your Mojo' is an engaging and short power workshop designed for impact. During the workshop participants will set a goal and have the opportunity to focus and build the personal resources needed to ignite the spark to make it happen.

• Discover your strengths
• Three questions to identify compelling reasons for change
• Self-edit our beliefs: Do they drive us forward or hold you back?
• Discover towards goal setting
• Identify who you need on your team
• Scribe your goal
• Prepare the plan to stay on track

Available for a 90 min Power session through to 3 hour deep dive for impact.
Suitable for small to conference size group.

Lead Facilitator and keynote speaker: Stephanie Noon
Stephanie has near a decade of experience as a Nationally accredited life Coach using VIA Strengths and has over 5000 hours experience. She has a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing and specialized in Positive Coaching. She is an elite athlete and has 4 gold medals from the Masters Games.

Lead Facilitator : Jane Wundersitz
Program designer and seasoned speaker and facilitator.
An avid career and life goal setter... no gold medals but has completed the city to bay 6kms running which was a hearty personal goal achievement!

This is a motivational and high impact workshop.
