My (pronounced “Me”) believes in ethical living, conscious capitalism, kindness and empathy on a daily basis: at work and on a personal level. She is driven to help corporates to be productive and efficient in a kind and caring environment.

She understands the business and culture needs and requirements as well as the latest academic applied research to help workplaces to thrive.

My has extensive experience as speaker, workshop facilitator and as a consultant. She has a proven track record in supporting organisations which are struggling with low motivation, morale and engagement to address those expensive issues.
