Claudia is a qualified teacher and trainer (BA DipEd) with a post graduate qualification in Coaching Psychology (MSc CoachPsych). She has over 25 years of experience training and facilitating in workplaces, schools and organisations.

Core themes throughout her career have been facilitation of learning, accessing creativity, and building sustainable environments where people can develop to their best. She is particularly interested in the role of the science of wellbeing, mindfulness, creativity and sustainable peak performance in training and coaching.

Facilitating groups–whether in workplaces, education sector or the community–is a common thread throughout her life and she is passionate about finding ways to connect and deliver training and coaching that is energising and powerful for the client.

She also has a creative background (Grad Dip Creative Industries) and has worked in both Europe and Australia in the creative arts field.
Claudia is also a passionate musician and has toured and recorded in Europe and Australia with numerous artists including Luka Bloom and Rodrigo y Gabriela.

Claudia’s Career Highlights include:
• Designing and delivering the MAC National Brand Training three day residential event. As part of the program she developed a series of creative workshops as a way to introduce and ‘unpack’ positive psychology, mindfulness and wellness in the workplace. This led to further training opportunities at the MAC Brand Managers Conference in the Barossa, Aveda Brand Days and Estee Lauder.
• Designing and delivering customised training for WEA and Training and Coaching Solutions Ltd
• Workplace Facilitation (Pfizer, MLC, AMP, Thales, Relationships Australia, National Museum of Australia, local councils etc)
• Training for Adult and Community Education (ACE) project
• Performing internationally with various artists (Luka Bloom, Rodrigo y Gabriela)
• Being awarded three Australia Council for the Arts grants to develop the arts in Australia

*About the Masters of Science in Coaching Psychology LC060, University of Sydney

The Master of Science in Coaching Psychology is an articulated postgraduate program that teaches the applied science of human performance enhancement and coaching. This program provides students with a sound grounding in the theoretical and methodological aspects of coaching and coaching psychology as an applied positive psychology, and teaches fundamental applied coaching skills.
